DEPARTMENT: Administration – Property Supervisors
JOB TITLE: Assistant to Property Supervisors
Supports a team of property management staff through timely completion of assigned administrative and project duties. (No Previous Experience Required)
Position Title Responsibilities
- Outstanding and professional customer service is a must
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directions well
- Must have general knowledge on how to update social media
- Will occasionally assist the receptionist area
Qualification/Knowledge
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills, and/or abilities required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet deadlines
- Valid California Driver’s License, have an operable vehicle and able to provide proof of auto insurance within the first 7 days of employment
- Exhibit professionalism, professional attire, and demeanor at all times
- Demonstrates effective communication skills consisting of oral, written
- Must be efficient with Microsoft –i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload
- Must work effectively with others
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
- Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
