The new team member’s first responsibility will be to represent Hub Testing and make a positive, professional impression on existing and future clients as they contact the business. Responsibilities include managing the front desk and performing a variety of administrative tasks. Excellent customer service skills are critical. The ability to multi-task and pay attention to details is essential. This position is for someone who can work independently.
Your primary responsibilities would include:
·Greeting people who come to the office
· Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and concise manner
· Answering basic, non-technical questions asked by clients and others
· Monitoring customer needs and responding to their requests as appropriate
You also would be responsible for these duties:
· Receive, label, and process samples for testing
· Assist the Field Operations Manager with work assignments and complete paperwork such as job slips and calendaring as directed
· Maintain a system to organize and monitor job scheduling and work-in-progress
· Verify that job file documentation is complete and complies with all pertinent regulations
· Prepare a daily report for Accounts Payable
· Maintain a system for monitoring laboratory and staff certification and license renewal, work with staff to ensure that these are kept up-to-date, and assist staff with applications as needed
· Provide administrative support to Company President
· Regular interaction with the Company President, Field Operations Manager, and Office Manager
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail, and other communications
· Process and scan mail and other documents
· Prepare documents including e-mails, reports, and other correspondence
· Ship packages and drive to the post office or other offsite locations when needed
· Receive deliveries (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and distribute them as appropriate
· Order office supplies and create and maintain a list of vendors and contact information

- Valid driver’s license and car required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
