ABOUT US:

As a locally-owed regional franchise developer of JAN-PRO Franchising International, JAN-PRO of the Capital District provides entrepreneurial spirited individuals with the opportunity to improve the quality of their life though business ownership. Our industry-leading training and ongoing support creates the foundation for our local franchisees to provide state of the art cleaning services throughout the Capital District to office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, private schools, non-profits and a host of other business to business organizations.

We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic Office Administrator to join our team. You’ll be our go-to person for administrative duties, customer invoicing and collections, office and inventory management support as well as office organizational flow.

Responsibilities

  • Greet office visitors and answer inbound phone calls
  • Professionally address customer and franchisee concerns via telephone
  • Process and distribute customer invoices
  • Post customer payments and prepare bank deposits
  • Identify and collect past due customer balances
  • Order, restock and maintain accurate inventory of warehouse and office supplies
  • Prepare and record customer and franchisee supply orders
  • Schedule and coordinate special services supply and equipment needs
  • Maintain and update company documents as needed
  • Prepare proposals and presentations as necessary
  • Develop and refine office flow processes

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (preferred not required)
  • Spanish Literacy (preferred not required)

Qualifications

  • 3-years performing administrative functions
  • Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
