Job Description:
Samson Sound is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill our need for an Administrative Assistant. This is a unique position with a variety of weekly tasks. If you’re looking for a career that makes the most of your excitement for both detail-oriented work in an office and hands-on work at our warehouse and production studio this might be the perfect position for you.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining calendars & scheduling for the company
- Client intake and booking
- Maintaining a log used to track projects and their status
- Keep team documents and meeting agendas up to date and organized
- Facilitate quotes and invoices for clients and customers as directed
- Warehouse and Production studio Upkeep
- Production gear inventory
- Attend meetings where appropriate to take and share meeting notes
- Various office duties
- Manual labor including loading and unloading of gear and maintaining studio gear and space
Job Requirements: Positive upbeat person with a coachable attitude, kind, self-motivated, flexible, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization. Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience in scheduling
- Ability to work with management to create and maintain systems for files, inventory, scheduling, and more
- Able to lift about 50lbs
- Love of music and production and a fun team culture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
