At York Repair (www.yorkrepair.com), we owe our success to people and processes; presently we are looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant who will support both. We are seeking someone exceptional to be a part of our team; someone who has excellent communication skills and pays attention to the smallest details. Ideal applicants will have knowledge in a variety of administrative tasks as well as experience with supporting team members in an office environment.

Essential Duties
Supports all departments as needed, answers phones and carries out a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes quotes received from management; accurately enters data into company software and forwards quote information in a timely manner.
- Maintains customer approval notifications in order to efficiently move the job to the next step in the repair process.
- Answers and screens incoming calls in a cheerful, courteous manner and assists callers with general information and inquires.
- Assists management team, as needed.
- Assists sales team, as needed.
- Maintains good working relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Helps maintain administrative offices, as needed.
Qualifications
Ideal applicants will possess a minimum of five years of administrative experience. Other important skills include:
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and skillfully gather and analyze information.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Remain open to other ideas and exhibits a willingness to try new things.
- Communicate professionally (written and verbal).
- Prioritize work responsibilities, use time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
