Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Part-time Administrative Assistant for a long-standing financial advisor here in Everett, WA. This is a long-term, permanent position with very flexible, day shift hours. Work will consist of one to two days a week and we can work with your schedule. Starting pay is $20-$23 per hour.

The Part-time Office Assistant will:

• Perform filing
• Answer phones and direct calls, taking messages as needed
• Organizing paperwork
• Creating files
• Responding to emails and other correspondence
• Typing forms as needed

Successful candidates will have previous clerical experience and have an interest in stocks or finance. Please be prepared to provide Express with 1-2 professional references we can contact.
