• Administrative support to engineering leadership team (visitor management, meeting organizations, travel etc..)
• Support engineering team in ordering prototype parts, office supplies, office equipment etc..
• Manage department data (Budget, inventory, assets, Headcount)
• Support new employee on boarding and support associate training needs
• Report management data in staff meetings (budget, external PO, training completion etc..)
• Support Org process topics like Design for environment co-ordination and other engineering processes
• Take care of engineering generic audits (non technical projects)

• High School Diploma - Advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years relevant experience in a professional organization
• Proficiency in MS Office Required (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
• Exposure of working with Power BI or any other data tools is preferred but not required
• Exposure to ERP systems (BAAN or SAP) is preferred
• Proven self driven learner
• Experienced with Data Management and Presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, German language is added advantage.
