Location: Lucena Clinic Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services
Initial Base: Lucena Clinic, 59 Orwell Road, Rathgar, Dublin 6.
Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County, plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.

Administrative Officer – Grade IV
(Part-Time – Permanent – 14 hours per week)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above position to provide secretarial and administrative support to Consultants and Out-Patient teams. The successful candidate will be flexible, committed and possess:
- A MINIMUM OF 5 years' solid administrative experience.
- Experience in a medical or similar setting would be an advantage.
- Excellent typing skills (audio-typing), data entry and demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, telephone and reception experience;
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience of organising events would be an advantage.
- The ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines;
- The ability to provide administrative cover for other services within St. John of God Community Mental Health Services should the need arise.
- Display absolute discretion and confidentiality;
- Full Driving Licence and access to own means of transport essential.
