Work Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Perioperative Services and the Director of University Hospital Perioperative Services.
  • Support the administrative duties of onboarding new leaders and staff within perioperative services.
  • Create agendas, take meeting minutes, and develop presentations.
  • Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.

Education :

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred – Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum – One year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred – Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
