Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Administrative Sales Assistant for a company based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for interacting with customers, answering phone calls and filing.Pay Rate
$13.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Administrative Sales Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling advertising orders and data entry.
- Assisting management with reporting monthly/quarterly reports.
- Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and office equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
