Responsibilities:
The Administrative Sales Coordinator is a dedicated and loyal member of the Carmel Music Academy team. The right candidate should have excellent memory, phone and communication skills with a professional demeanor. You will work closely with the manager to plan, organize and implement academy events; such as student recitals, student concerts, staff meetings, as well as schedule outside academy events. A successful candidate should be comfortable and familiar with phone communications, scheduling, office equipment and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet visitors, students, and parents.
- Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk.
- Answering phone and text messages.
- Up-selling lessons, services and programs.
- Register and schedule students.
- Sorting, sending, and maintaining emails.
- Processing paperwork.
- Facilitate student, parents, teachers and staff schedules.
- Inventory, stocking supplies, and ordering office supplies.
- Run Academy errands.
- Enter and maintain data in the computer system.
- Housekeeping/Cleaning.
- Type and proofread documents.
- Communicating with directors, managers, teachers, staff and clients.

- Again, we're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE! That sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers.
- We are looking for an experienced full time front desk "Sales Person" to take our growing music school to the next level.
- Full time hours can be flexible, candidates must be available to work some Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Music or music education experience is NOT Required!
- Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.
- An ability to sell yourself as well as academy services.
- A people person with a great personality.
- Accurate record keeping is another important part of this position.

About Carmel Music Academy:
Since 2009, we have provided excellent music lessons to our community. We offer music lessons and programming in a variety of instruments for ages 2 years to adults.
We are celebrating 12 years in business. We are Carmel's most awarded music school. We have won the Best Of Carmel Award in Music Instruction and/or Music Schools 7 years in a row. We are a small business with a big heart; sharing and giving to families, donating music lessons to private and public schools, and non profit music organizations. We love community and family. We do more than music lessons. We give life lessons and we teach students to be musicians for life!
Academy Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9am-9pm
Fridays 9:00am-8:00pm
Saturdays 9:00 am-5:00pm
Sundays 9:00am - 8:00pm
