Our Ideal Candidate

This is not a 9 to 5, stereotypical, answer the phones and take messages position. This is a hybrid administrative position where we will train you to be a viable team backup to several key positions within our company.

We are seeking a team orientated / goal driven individual at our Sauk Rapids location who will provide support to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this position you will be relied upon to provide feedback and support while working on diverse projects, maintaining reports, and capturing critical daily data used to make informative company decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Train to become an additional administrative resource for operations (purchasing, production, shipping, receiving, warehouse, etc.)
  • Internal order processing (document creation, updates, distribution, and fulfillment)
  • Report generation and upkeep of those reports
  • Organize and maintain files so they are available to all staff members
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of standard operating procedures
  • Occasional local travel to perform errands
  • Any other duties as assigned

  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record

  • Strong computer proficiency (e.g., Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Teams, NetSuite a plus)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Handle confidential and sensitive company information

Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
