Job description
With our Agency's mission to support the recovery of people with mental illnesses, we provide a complete array of medical and support services for children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
This position is located at: Greater Greenville Mental Health Center – Greer Clinic

(1) Receives incoming telephone calls, addresses issues or refers to appropriate staff for appropriate action needed. Checks in scheduled clients upon arrival and notifies appropriate staff of arrival.
(2) Obtains and enters client data into computer on new clients and any changes on current clients.
(3) Maintains clinical staff appointments on computer and informs effected staff of change.
(4) Assists in data entry of client financial information during the initial visit to the Center for services and any updates thereafter.
(5) Assists with keeping orientation manuals, application packets, etc. available at front desk.
(6) Knowledgeable of corporate compliance and reports to proper person where the Center may be out of compliance with Federal, State, or Department regulations or standards.
(7) Performs other related duties as assigned. Floats to assist other clinics as needed.
Min. State T&E: A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
Min. Internal T&E: A high school diploma and one year of clerical experience, or an associate degree in secretarial science or a related field; or 2 years of clerical experience.
