Administrator - 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday
About the Position
Our client a company based in Cork Blarney Business Park, is looking for a part-time administrator from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday - immediate start required. This administration job will suit an organised and astute individual who has excellent computer and customer service skillsKey Responsibilities
To batch and scan all con notes invoices and other relevant paperwork
To ensure that all domestic reports are printed
To ensure that all domestic and International transmissions are sent on time
Complete daily held freight report
To ensure that all errors in the production of the scan sheets by the customer are recorded nightly and reported
To produce the relevant invoices through SAP and scan to the destination depots
Complete daily held freight report
Experience/Requirements
Two years administration experience
Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
Ability to prioritise clearances
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required
Fluent written and spoken English
Remuneration Package
€17 per hourContact
