Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Administrator in South Co. Kildare.

This is a permanent, full time role.

Salary €25,000 - €30,000

Main duties:

  • Day to day office administrative duties
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries and requests
  • Raising PO’s
  • Calculating supplier payments and sending out remittances
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Updating stock records for movement of stock across various locations, ageing, pricing etc
  • Ad hoc duties as they arise

The Person

  • Previous experience in accounts administrative roles an advantage
  • Strong excel – VLOOKUP / Pivots / Formulas
  • Good analytical skills
  • Can work in a team but also use own initiative to problem solve
  • Good phone manner to deal with customers / suppliers
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Fluent English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to €30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • County Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Office or administration: 1 year (preferred)
