Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

· Completes paperwork submittals to the Department of Labor and DEQ for necessary projects.

· Collects and submits final documents to the client at the completion of each project.

· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

· Reviews the Sortly inventory app, monitor inventory levels, collect information from supervisors on material allocated to each project, and order supplies.

· Monitor and maintain the schedules to ensure meetings, bids, site visits, and paperwork is submitted on time.

· Provides Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

· Assists in the organization of tasks and streamlines communication within the company.

· On large-scale and military projects, coordinate with General Contactor Administrative personnel on paperwork submittals and schedule meetings.

· Transcribe and organize blogs.

The typical work week will be between 15-25 hours per week, with pay to be determined. All continuing education in related fields will be covered by Crystal Creek, per approval by the Executive team. Admin Assistants will be paid a yearly bonus. All fuel expenses accrued during the workday if driving to the job site will be covered by Crystal Creek. This does not include daily fuel costs getting to and from the office, only job site visits. A working computer and phone will be provided.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
