Colonial Assisted Living is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support our Community. The Admissions Coordinator is the liaison with the resident moving into the community.

This person will give tours perspective residents, follow up with existing leads, ensure resident rooms are ready for sale, coordinate with departments with all things admissions related.

This role requires great organization and attention to detail, providing our residents the best and most safe experience. The Move-In Coordinator ensures a seamless transition and warm welcome into the community.

The ideal candidate will be poised, articulate, have excellent communication skills and excel at handling multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Basic working knowledge of sales marketing skills as related to senior housing.
  • Demonstrates customer service skills and desire to work in a service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Assumes personal accountability of assigned duties and completes task in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to define specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, timely goals and objectives.
  • Able to clearly present information, accurately communicate, provide necessary level of detail even under stressful or demanding conditions.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
