ESR is the first 24/7 English and Spanish esports TV network in the US that features original video game gameshows (such as award-winning Esports Times!), lifestyle shows about gamers, and docu-series and unique tournaments, matches, and streamer content. Our channels and programming are widely distributed in 65 countries worldwide on some of the biggest platforms including Sling TV, Pluto TV, XUMO TV, Vizio, SKY TV, Verizon, T-Mobile and many more.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects from our exclusive gameshows, celebrity streamer lifestyle shows, documentary series to live major esports events we are covering throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
- Create and edit fresh as well as on-going ESR original video game gameshows.
- Edit creatively both for linear and interactive lifestyle as well as documentary TV series
- Work and educate a team of intern editors on small YouTube projects.
- Execute quick-turn video during large-scale live esports events and unfolding documentary stories
- Contribute to defining style and branding techniques that give our video a voice and make it stand out from the pack
- Participate in the initial production process
- Working within the TV scheduling department prepare files for broadcasting
- Perform finishing steps as needed (audio mixing and color grading)
- Multi-cam editing and Green Screen background work
- Motion Graphics / Adobe After Effects - a plus + if you know Blender and could do C.G.I. effects

Location:
You will work out of our Long Island City, NY Office.
5 days a week. Monday-Friday.
Office hours - 8:45am to 6:30pm (Flexible hours)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing in Adobe suite of software (Windows OS)
- Expert-level abilities in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Audition
- Must have a digital portfolio that demonstrates innovation, creativity, and quick-thinking
- Must have a proven track record of solid editorial judgment of successful projects in documentary and/or reality shows
- Familiar with various Esports games such as League of Legends, CS:GO, COD, Dota2, Valorant, Fortnite, Overwatch, Apex Legends, Super Smash, Rocket League, Super Smash, EA FIFA, NBA 2K etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
