· Are you looking to build connections between children, families and communities? We are seeking a Service and Data Coordinator to work with a multidisciplinary team to recommend and manage services for children and families involved in DCF.

· The work is done through collaboration and coordination with DCF and community organizations.

· You must possess exceptional mediation, communication and analytical skills and be very organized.

· Bachelor’s and 3 years’ experience with family centered community based practice. Multilingual/Multicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
