Employment Type: Contract

Pay: $28-33/hr DOE

Shift: Day, 6-4:30 M-Th

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for an established aerospace company in Kirkland, WA! In this role, you will be working from drawings, procedures, and specifications using measuring devices to perform inspection of purchased parts, materials, components, electronic hardware, and equipment as materials are received from vendors or subcontractors. This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong inspection skills looking to utilize them with a great company!

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, and provides feedback on procedures and drawings
• Determines methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for inspection
• Participates in the creation of inspection plans
• Inspects critical in-process and/or finished production assemblies and subassemblies for conformance
• Performs and approves internal FAIs

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical quality inspection experience
• Ability to use inspection tools
• IPC-A-610 certification/training
• Experience performing and documenting FAIs
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

Bonus Skills

• Strong ability to know what inspection tools to use
• Experience inspecting complex parts/components
