Premier Systems is seeking 2 team members who are looking to team up this summer and offer the BEST in indoor air quality to Gallatin Valley residents. The primary role includes performing duct cleaning, but you will have the opportunity to perform an indoor air quality assessment and present options for additional services like the Premier Club Membership, duct sanitization, UV lights, air purification, humidification and more, all with SPIF and commissions paid to YOU!

This is set up as a summer opportunity but there is potential to work into a full time career for the right candidates. Full training program will include technical, process, communications and sales training prior to starting. Opportunities to learn other areas of the trade will be available as well for those looking to learn more and advance their knowledge base."

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in one of the following fields: Labor, Construction/Cleaning or Sales.
• Ability to utilize technology in the field

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Operate equipment to clean ductwork; cameras, brushes, air hoses and compressors, and our state-of-the-art HyperVac trailer (on the job training)
• Must be able to hookup, pull, and back up HyperVac duct cleaning trailer
• Interact directly with customers in their homes or at their business
• Educate customers on their equipment and indoor air quality options available
• Provide Air Quality feedback to customers
• Provide customers with estimates and resources for improvements
• Inform the community on the importance of Indoor Air Quality
• Follow company Code of Conduct
• Show respect in every interaction
• Provide a clean and professional experience
• Provide the Premier Difference experience on every job

• Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Friday optional overtime when needed)
