We are currently looking to add an additional team member to our crew (Part Time) for our South Bend, IN team. This position is Part Time, with hours ranging from 15-20 hours per week with the possibility to increase with proven performance and individual availability.

Our company offers detail-oriented cleaning services for AirBnBs, homes, and offices in South Bend/Mishawaka, Granger, Elkhart/Goshen, Niles, and Portage/Kalamazoo

Job Description:

You will be given all the details on where & when to arrive to our AirBnB's throughout South Bend/Mishawaka. You will hold responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing the unit with detailed training and instructions - we train the right attitudes!

Day to day tasks include (but are not limited to): Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Changing linens/towels and washing used, replacing with clean. Clean floors, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Taking out trashes. Staging the unit for the next guest, and providing a quality walkthrough of your work.

The goal for each AirBnB Cleaning? To make it 5-star hotel-quality (don't worry, we will train!)

You will be required to use your own reliable transportation to and from work and between job sites & houses. Most houses are within a couple miles of Notre Dame; you are compensated for drive-time with mileage & hourly pay!

> Because of this, you must have a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.
Sunday & Monday availability is critical for this position. The ideal candidate will be available on Sunday at minimum, and preferably available on Monday's as well.

What’s required for this position:

-Must pass a national background check

-Valid drivers license

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to travel to various units in South Bend, IN and nearby areas (typically within 3-7 miles)

-Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

-Ability to read, understand, and follow direction from manufacturer of cleaning supplies and direction from manager

How often you can work:

-Flexible scheduling, work when you are available!

-The average Part Time shift is 4-6 hours per day worked.

-peak season (additional hours available) is April-September

The average part time employee will work 10-18 hours per week depending on their availability and preferences, starting out. Hours can increase or decrease based on availability.

During peak season (April-Sept), you may work up to 32 hours as a part-time employee, or 32-40 hours as a part-time supplemental employee (optional).

Compensation:

-Hourly compensation is $15.50-16.00 based on experience; initial 90-day raise review based on performance, plus raise reviews every 180 days based on performance.

-Additional pay for field supervisors (we promote from within)

-Additional bonuses for performance & attendance

-Mileage paid out for every time you drive your vehicle on the clock

-Health Insurance monthly stipend available after 90 days

IMPORTANT: This is a part time position offering between 15+ hours per week, depending on your availability. Options for additional hours may be offered based upon performance.

We will be providing all cleaning supplies and equipment as well as company shirts. (The dress code is pretty relaxed).
