Eight Black Airport Shuttle seeking additional shuttle driver candidates. EightBlack Airport Shuttle serves Boulder, Longmont and surrounding northern Colorado communities. Eight Black Airport Shuttle is an equal opportunity employer fostering a positive work culture.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safe and efficient transport of customers to and from airport, arriving at and departing from locations on schedule, use of navigational apps and driver tablet, professional interaction with customers, clear communication with dispatch, customer service and operations management, ability to maintain composure "under load."

By applying for this position, you understand that Eight Black will perform a motor vehicle record and background check on all driver candidates. All candidates are expected to complete a DOT physical and complete a drug test during the application process.

DRIVER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum age of 25 due to insurance limitations
• Valid Colorado driver's license
• Clean MVR
• Safe and efficient driving skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Proficiency in using navigational apps and tools safely
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift luggage
• Desire to excel
• Non smoking
• Professional appearance
• Vaccinated for COVID-19

COMPENSATION AND PAY SCALE:

• $17.75/hour + tip pool + cash tips (All new drivers will have a training period of one (1) week in length, that will be paid at $15.00 per hour.)
• Full and Part Time Available
• Excellent Earning Potential, Flexible Schedule
• Paid Training (1 week - $15/hr)
