Job Summary: A Creative Services Consultant performs the end-to-end planning and implementation of graphic design projects for internal and external customers, coordinates projects and program execution and Impacts team results through the quality of service and work of self and others. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate own work plan, prioritizing activities, and handles multiple projects and activities
  • Gather information to resolve problems and recommend solutions
  • Obtain legal and compliance approvals
  • Develop, design, research, create, and implement routine projects, processes, and policies with minimal degree of negotiation of resources in order to complete projects
  • Maintain understanding of products, services, and processes of the department; implement new processes and workflows as recommended by management
  • Assist clients to identify their needs and options
  • Work independently on familiar projects and with management guidance on new or unfamiliar projects
  • Coordinate and plan production schedules for graphic design. Job Qualifications
Strong organization and project/program management skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Broad experience using Microsoft suite.
Broad experience using Adobe Create Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional and QuarkXPress; advanced skills highly preferred.
Understand the importance of a strong reputation and brand management.
A minimum of 5 years of creative services/graphic design experience required.
Bachelor's degree required; Graphic design concentration preferred.
Insurance and/or financial services industry knowledge a plus. Functional Skills: • Intermediate organization and project and program management skills
  • Intermediate negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft suite
  • Intermediate experience using Adobe create suite, Adobe Acrobat professional and QuarkXPress
  • Understands the importance of maintaining a strong reputation and brand management
  • Insurance and/or financial services industry knowledge a plus Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation offered for this role is $51,600.00-$70,000.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
