Join us at the Courtyard by Marriott as we are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in the position of Bistro Cook. This positions will share time between the front of the house and back of the house so friendly, smiling, service oriented individuals are desired for this position. Bistro associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule which will include weekends and holidays. Bistro associates are also responsible for setting up and servicing our banquet space.

Job description; Bistro Cook; Primary duties- provide excellent guest service, run hot line while preparing breakfast entrees, prep food according to par sheets, washing dishes, occasional bussing, serving, barista duties and cash handling. Secondary duties- set up and breakdown of meeting space tables, chairs, linens and catering equipment, prepare food for and serve banquets, ensure that all opening and closing duties are performed, complete all daily required checklist including temperature logs. Assist with monthly food and beverage inventories, assist with and receive food and beverage orders, assist with training new hires.
