Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is searching for motivated individuals, looking for a new opportunity as a delivery driver. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Delivery Associates work independently while making a difference in the community of Maple Valley. Shift Start Time: 7:30am
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 depending upon experience
Pacific Delivery and Logistics offers you the opportunity to earn a pay increase within your first 90 days and at designated intervals thereafter. Pay increases are based on your Pace, Attendance, Quality and Safety Performance.
$21.00 - $21.50 per hour after 90 day Performance Review
$21.50 - $22.00 per hour after 6 month Performance Review
$22.00 - $22.50 per hour after 1 year Performance Review
$22.50 - $23.00 per hour after 18 month Performance Review
$23.00 - TBD per hour after 2 year Performance Review

What You'll Do: As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and
professional manner!
Requirements to be a Delivery Driver:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
- Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen
- Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
- Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds
Equipment Provided:
- Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance
- Mobile delivery device
- Uniforms
- Safety shoes after completion of driver training
- Snacks
Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
