The Comfort Suites in Bloomsburg, PA is in search part time Breakfast Ambassador to host our breakfast for a few mornings a week. The Breakfast Ambassador is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining food items on the buffet. Making sure that the area is clean and in order at all times. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

• Be ready to begin work at the assigned time.
• Set up breakfast area according to pre-determined standards on busier weekends.
• Maintain food items and supplies on buffet at all times.
• Provide personalized service to our guest. Offer sincere hospitality at all times. Inquire about the guests stay. Refill coffee; offer your assistance at any given time. Greet every guest coming into the breakfast area with a smile.
• Keep tables, floor, and trash cans clean at all times. Wipe down tables after each sitting.
• Break down breakfast bar area according to standards.
• Return all unused food and supplies to their proper storage area. Wipe down all items. Including condiment bowls etc.
• Clean all used items, juice machine, coffee machines and waffle maker.
• Make sure that lobby coffee is fresh and hot before leaving.
• After breakfast area is down, clean all counter tops, tables, and vacuum floor.
• Sweep tiles and mop floor. Making sure to put out wet floor signs.
• Restock fridges, and all plastic ware, creamers, and condiments before putting away. The next morning the breakfast attendant/host should be able to just set out the full item. Rotate all food appropriately.
• Do extra cleaning items weekly / daily on check- list provided.
• All trash needs to be emptied and taken out of the breakfast area to the dumpster at end of shift.
• Having good personal hygiene is a must.
• Working as a team is a must.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by a General Manager in other departments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour
