The human mind is a complex system that requires a unique, specialized set of skills to effectively treat. The therapist will work directly with clients to help them identify underlying issues and work through barriers to help them reach their life goals. The successful candidate will be organized, devoted and detail-oriented, and will have a strong understanding of the human psyche.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals.
• Teach life skills to clients and group members.
• Provide follow-up services and referrals to groups and other organizations.
• Collaborate with school social workers, teachers, guidance counselors, school psychologists and other members of the educational team in the development and implementation of programming for at-risk students (e.g. emotional support, referral coordination, risk identification and crisis assessment/management).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $61,850.00 - $67,661.00 per year
