Join the AMHERST BREWING BEER TEAM

As our busy event season is ramping up, we’re seeking some new team members to join the taproom crew, a “beertender” if you will. An ideal candidate would be one with an enthusiasm for beer and an enjoyment of learning new things!

You would be responsible for serving patrons with a friendly attitude and knowledge of Amherst Brewing products by performing the following duties:

Passion for craft beer, community, and locally supported business.

Oversee Amherst Brewing Taproom located in the heart of the Hangar Pub and Grill. Pour beer to a specific standard(we’ll teach you!)

Create a positive and fun atmosphere Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive experience.

Craft beer knowledge preferred, but not required, we will teach you a lot about our brewing process!

Assist and collaborate with the Amherst Brewing crew on upcoming beers, events, collaborations, etc.

Assist in creating a fun but limited craft cocktail menu that vibes with Amherst Brewing.

Perform opening and closing duties according to company POS. Promptly and accurately deliver food and drinks.

Restock and replenish venue inventory and supplies. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Schedule would be Wednesday - Sunday, 4pm - 10pm, weekend availability.

Work private events hosted in the Taproom area.

Must be 21+ to work. TIPS certification is required and we will pay for Cicerone certification!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
