About Your New Job
- As an AML assistant manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the day-to-day operations and AML professionals within the AML team.
- Establishing, maintaining and developing a framework that ensures that the division operates to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance.
- Train, mentor and coach new staff as well as assisting the training Manager in establishing, maintaining and implementing training on AML procedures and regulatory/reporting updates.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with team leaders as well as clients, shareholders, MLRO, regulators and auditors
What Skills You Need
- To apply you will need 3 years’ experience of supervising/managing an AML team of 4 or more employees.
- 5 years+ financial services background, preferably with Alternatives / hedge fund experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish anti-money laundering requirements.
