JOB SUMMARY:
The AML Compliance Coordinator role is an entry level position that provides support to the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program and will have the ability to work with a strong team from various backgrounds. The position will routinely encounter situations where complicated fact patterns must be evaluated and presented to management in a succinct manner. The position requires frequent collaborative efforts with representatives within the company, which are of central importance to the development and growth of the compliance program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain the daily oversight and validation of AML-related reports or other supporting documentation, as received from Casino personnel and other partnering departments.
- Facilitate appropriate communication with Casino staff (or other) as needed for general inquiries, program enhancements, and remediation efforts for missing or inaccurate data.
- Oversee and ensure timely and accurate submission of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) with Financial Crimes Network (FinCEN).
- Assist the AML team with the identification, escalation, and occasional investigative processes in response to alerts of potential suspicious activity.
- Evaluate alerts arising from in-house reporting system, specific to 8300 reports, and ensure timely preparation and filing with the applicable governing agency.
- Assist the AML department with maintaining all necessary documentation as required by AML recordkeeping requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree Criminal Justice or related field
0-3 years in Casino/Banking AML
Proficient in Microsoft products, including Microsoft Excel
Preferred: AML-related certification

The hourly rate for this role is $18- $24. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
