General Description
The purpose of this position is to assist the Materials Manager with inventory control, assembly and refurbishment of math and science kits for use in grades K-12.

Essential Job Duties
1. Construct and refurbish math and science teaching kits.
2. Assist with inventory control.
3. Assist in maintaining a database of teachers who are participants in AMSTI, and materials that are used in AMSTI.
4. Assist with the delivery and return of AMSTI kits and materials.
5. Assist with stocking of kits and kit supplies, maintaining and rotating stock inventory supplies.
6. Assist in organizing the materials center to ensure efficient use of space and storage of materials.
7. Assist AMSTI staff with preparation for programs, trainings, presentations, and operation of the materials center.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the AMSTI-UM Materials Manager, AMSTI-UM Assistant Materials Manager, AMSTI-UM Director, AMSTI-SDE Director, AMSTI Materials Manager Liaison or the In-Service Center Director
