ANTICIPATED K-3 Lakeview Elementary Teacher
2023-2024 School Year
The Solon Community School District is in search of an anticipated K-3 Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year at Lakeview Elementary. Our team is looking for a team member who has strong collaborative skills, highly reflective about teaching practices, engages in continuous learning, is student-centered, and uses student evidence to make instructional decisions.
The successful candidate will have access to evidence-based instructional resources. The District uses the Lucy Calkins Writing Units of Study, Fountas and Pinnell Literacy Classroom curriculum resources, and New Perspectives math curriculum.
The Solon School District is a growing school community located in the heart of the Iowa City - Cedar Rapids corridor area. With an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students and over 200 dedicated teachers, administrators, and support staff. The Solon School District provides several core and co-curricular programs to students.
