The Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk computes, classifies, and enters numerical data into financial software to complete financial records. Automotive dealership experience is preferred not required.

Responsibilities:

• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

Requirements:

• High School Degree
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Accounting Experience (preferred, not required)
• Have AR/AP experience preffered
• Heavy Excell
