An established company in the Murrysville area is looking to add an AP/AR Clerk to their growing team! This opportunity is great for anyone looking to work in a small office environment with a background in accounting or a related field. Responsibilities

• Close out all trips from the prior day in the system
• Maintain AP/AR logs
• Manage billing and invoicing customers through online portal
• Cross training on scheduling trips/appointments for customers
• Key in reservations as needed

Requirements

• Prior AP, AR, or billing experience required
• H.S. Diploma required; Associates degree is a plus
• Ability to commute to Murrysville 5 days per week, 9am - 5pm
• Transportation industry experience is a plus
