ECI Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance/Service Manager for our 249 unit, mid-rise community in Sandy Springs, GA called The Cliftwood.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance/Service Manager to work for the largest privately held real estate development company in the Southeast!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 3 years (Required)
• Multifamily Maintenance: 5 years (Required)
• YARDI: 1 year (Required)
• elevator: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
