THE ROLE:

Job Summary: A great opportunity is now available for a talented and dedicated Systems Engineer to join the Apple Practice at Presidio for a 3 month period. Working with an experienced team of Apple & JAMF engineers you’ll use your experience with MacOS, iOS, iPadOS and the JAMF suite of solutions to deliver world class solutions to Presidio’s global enterprise customers.

As an Apple & JAMF Systems Engineer Project Delivery specialist , you will engage directly with Presidio’s end customers and work with the Apple Practice engineers to manage projects, build and integrate JAMF solutions into complex environments and deliver world class Apple and JAMF solutions to Presidio customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• JAMF Pro build and integration projects

Required Skills:

• 3+ years Jamf experience
• Jamf 300 or higher certified
• Solid knowledge of MacOS, iPadOS, iOS
• Solid networking/server knowledge
• Technical experience of integrating Apple into the enterprise environment
• Experience of managing Apple on a large scale in the enterprise environment
• Experience with Microsoft and Identity Management solutions and their integrations with Apple/JAMF - Intune, Azure, Okta etc
• Experience with ConnectWise or other enterprise service management and ticketing systems

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience in using scripting languages (eg Bash, Python) with Jamf or other enterprise solutions
• Ability to work effectively within a team of other engineers
• Ability to also see the ‘bigger picture’ for a relationship with a client, and not just the specific task in hand
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management
• Attention to detail with documentation and representing your employer to the highest standard

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Minimum 3 years industry experience
