The Application Whitelisting Administrator will be responsible for creating and documenting application whitelisting policies to ensure approved applications can correctly execute while blocking unapproved application titles.

• Create or modify existing policies in CyberArk based on new application requests.
• Perform QA testing of new/updated policies.
• Coordinate peer review validation with Operations team.
• Create and update policy documentation based on tech spec and business requirements.
• Perform admin tasks to manage the application whitelisting policies put in place via CyberArk EPM.
• Serve as consultant to Field Services and Operation when T2/3 need help troubleshooting failures to either allow or block application titles.
• Manage list of EPM application policies to ensure alignment with EUC Approved Software list.

Performs other duties as directed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $50.00 per hour
