Application Administrator

This is a full-time position reporting to the CRM Product Owner; the Application Administrator supports National Office cross-functionally, including Finance, Sales, IT, and Operation departments. This fast-paced role oversees a range of tasks related to computer applications, including support and troubleshooting. They brainstorm and collaborate with various stakeholders to play an active role in the selection, configuration, and implementation of application systems. They provide support directly to end users and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers. The successful candidate will challenge the status quo to drive business insights and continuous improvement, be results-oriented, have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and possess a high comfort with our business application suite.

The position is primarily responsible for the basic customization and administration of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform within USRBP’s Microsoft 365 environment and integrated tools including but not limited to ZoomInfo, ClickDimensions, Zywave, and Outreach.

Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain application platforms and systems including performance tuning, recommendations, and validates the recommendation of our best practices.
  • Active role in the selection, configuration, and implementation of application systems and processes to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Ensure overall application reliability, researching, consulting with vendors and others ultimately proposing or vetting solutions to problems.
  • Plans for and leverages new releases to ensure feature utilization is maximized
  • Open, manage, and resolve application changes and issues with external application vendors.
  • Provide support to users by focusing on root cause, system, and infrastructure analysis
  • Participates in cross-functional project teams to plan and deliver solutions that meet our business needs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, including operational procedures, run books, user guides, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Provide level 2 support for user security and licensing.
  • Conduct business analysis and change management as needed.
  • Support future acquisitions to transition data into enterprise systems including demonstrations, understanding of business requirements, data reconciliation, and import coordination from previous/existing systems.
  • Ongoing data updates relating to new features.
  • Test system components for compliance with functional requirements of new or modified applications.
  • Manage bug and development tickets through ADO in conjunction with the team. Able to manage all basic dev tickets including form field, view, and pick list changes, flows, and other functions within the system.
  • Make recommendations to evolve the CRM to better meet business objectives.
  • Tools for this position may include: VisualStudio, SQL Server Management Services (SSMS), PowerApps/Power Automate, Excel, PowerBi, Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience including Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based offerings and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work well with diverse roles, third-party vendors, and IT.
  • Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills, knowledge of analytical tools, and complex troubleshooting methods.
  • Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.
  • Experience in process automation, best practice approach, user adoption, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, such as presentation of ideas and being able to clearly articulate the concepts to senior management.
  • Self‐motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Excel, data analytics and SQL experience.
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly.
  • Benefits or Insurance Industry Experience strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
