St. Catherine University and our Admission team invite applications for a full-time Application Coordinator position.

The Application Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless student experience from application to enrollment. This position manages student application files by reviewing and updating records, processing documents, and facilitating communication.

Responsibilities include:
  • Process large numbers of applications efficiently and accurately to ensure optimal applicant experience
  • Process large volumes of transcripts and other application documents
  • Conceptualize and implement new processes for all student populations, including first-year, transfer, online, graduate, certificate and PSEO
  • Import records and enter data into a CRM database with a high degree of accuracy
  • Correspond with applicants and colleagues promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to questions with a high sense of urgency
  • Work both independently and as a part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership within the department and across the university to assess priorities, achieve objectives and build trusting relationships
  • Work within multiple University systems, entering data, creating and running queries, and ensuring accurate records

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently input data and documentation
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and build relationships with people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree or some college coursework completed
  • Experience in an educational setting
  • Experience completing data entry in a database system
  • Experience with CRM Slate, Ellucian Banner, Docfinity
