As an Applications Support Technician you will provide technical support on a subset of proprietary and non-proprietary business system applications. Working at a Tier 1/ Tier 2 level you are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues for employees that use the WeLink Business Applications, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle requests in a timely manner and document tickets as appropriate
- Escalate requests to Tier3 or Engineering team when additional support is needed
- Close the loop on customer communication on ticket status
- Provision/deprovision user accounts in company applications, and troubleshoot account issues as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT Lead
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a help desk environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, QuickSight, SalesRabbit, Google Workspace, Office 365, Welink Platforms (Salesview, LinkView) Hellosign, and other common business applications
- Computer Science or Information Systems experience
- Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with troubleshooting basic Windows 10/11 and MacOS issues
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Communicate fluently in English
- CompTIA A+ and/or other related certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Must live in Utah and be willing to work in-office 2-3 days/week at headquarters in Lehi, Utah.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
