Appointment Center Specialists answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, inputs customer data into software, and schedules free inspections. This role is of great importance in creating a positive first impression for Groundworks and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls using an automated dialer. All calls are warm, no cold calling!
• Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
• Schedule advertised Free Inspection and Estimate appointments
• Guide incoming prospective clients to meet with our Certified Field Inspectors
• Performs customer follow ups with a variety of information
• Maintains Customer Information
• All other duties as necessary

• Good phone skills and a competitive nature
• Our ideal candidate must be friendly and upbeat
• Must be competitive, motivated, and sales-oriented
• Must be comfortable using computers & talking to customers over the phone
