As a Company Partner at Hydro Solutions, your role is crucial in promoting and distributing the advanced Maytag Water Refiners. Our 9-stage system combines cutting-edge technologies, including Coconut Shell Carbon, Ion Exchange, Bacteriostat 55, Garnett Filtration Media, Pre-Carbon, Post-Carbon, Reverse Osmosis, Sediment Exchange, and PH Stabilizer. These stages work in harmony to deliver superior water refining results. Your primary responsibility as a Company Partner is to build and nurture strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. By understanding their unique water refining needs, you will provide tailored solutions using our exceptional Maytag Water Refiners. Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in our sales process by effectively scheduling appointments for our sales representatives with potential customers who have expressed interest in our Maytag Water Refiners. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities will contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our Maytag Water Refiners.
- Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner to gather necessary information.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our products, ensuring a thorough understanding.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations with interested individuals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to effectively schedule appointments.
