Loenbro, LLC is looking for electrical apprentice. Individuals with an affinity to working with materials, working with your hands and desire for learning.
Position Overview: The Apprentice Electrician, under the direction of the Master Electrician, is responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing of commercial electrical equipment and systems. This position will be responsible for following the directions of the Journeyman Electrician to complete electrical maintenance and repair work.
Job Duties:

• The Electrician Apprentice will assist the Electrician with basic tasks
• Complete Maintenance work orders on electrical equipment. Testing malfunctioning equipment, identifying defects, troubleshooting, repairing equipment and replacing defective parts.
• Collaborate with other electrical staff to identify an resolve problems.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Up-dates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of electrical apprenticeship preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge of electrical codes
• Possessing the ability to understand schematics and technical manuals
• Must be reliable and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening, including criminal background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures
• Fit and move in confined spaces
• Limited working surfaces
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
• Exposure to areas with limited visibility
