Make an efficient living as a Preferred Plumbing and Drain plumber-technician while you learn the plumbing trade! First year service technicians can expect top-pay, earning $70,000, on average- but that’s just for starters! Pay increases come quickly as you progress in your learning and length of experience.

Our company provides initial hands-on service training, plus continual training as necessary. Said training will involve scheduled time riding with, and working alongside a licensed plumber, allowing you to gain the apprentice hours and knowledge needed to become a licensed plumber yourself! Your daily job will be providing plumbing and drain service to our residential and commercial customers. You’ll enjoy job security and ample advancement opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preferred Plumbing and Drain service technicians use their skills to provide solutions to plumbing/sewer/drain problems. In this role, you will diagnose an array of plumbing issues, write cost estimates, and perform cleaning/ unclogging services using proprietary machines and state-of-the-art equipment. Finally, you’ll collect payment for services rendered.

There are no quotas to meet and we will work with you on a flexible work schedule so you can maintain a work/home life balance. We also offer easy transfers to any of our other Preferred Plumbing and Drain branch's (currently located in Modesto, Concord, and Sacramento) should you ever want to relocate.

REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle (truck ,van or suv) required!

Valid Driver's License required!

Mechanical experience is preferred, but NOT required.
