Job description

This position schedule time is 5pm to 11pm Sunday-Thursday, and 5pm to 1am on Friday and Saturday.

1. Operates POS, computer programs, and PA systems.

2. Maintains records of daily operations as required.

3. Provides friendly, polite, and helpful customer service.

4. Maintains a safe environment for staff and guests.

5. Fills all merchandisers, cranes, and redemption counter prizes daily.

6. Cleans games machines and room including bussing tables, vacuuming and dusting.

7. Sells center services (specials, tournaments, bar and café) as needed.

8. Distributes redemption prizes to customers and collects Rigby’s Fun cards.

9. Assists with physical inventory counts.

10. Assists customers operations as needed.

11. Performs duties of Laser Tag Marshall including running the mission counter, briefing guests, vesting guests, controlling play, handling accidents, handling the equipment and promotion play.'

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
