We are currently looking for a:
Arcade Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Rate: $17.00
- Train and coach team members
- Welcome and greet guest
- Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance
- Proactively deal with guest and team member concerns
- Work various positions in the department when needed
- Resolve computer and printer issues
- Maintain merchandise levels throughout the day
- Ensure check lists and temperature logs are correct and up to date
- Set revenue goals for employees
- Motivate employees to exceed goals
- Receive shipments and ensure they’re properly put away
- Complete nightly reports including labor hours, waste logs, and
- Ensure breaks are given in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete any tasks as requested by ARS Operation Supervisor or Management
Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws
