We are looking for an Architect/Designer to join our team:

This position will collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Production Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with other architects and specifiers.
• Design, develop and promote StellarCraft products.
• Identify items to be quoted in construction documents.
• Identify and work to resolve problems.
• Assist with proposals/budget development.
• Analyze, compare, and interpret detailed and vaguely defined scope in construction documents.
• Provide technical guidance to project staff and share expertise and knowledge within the team.

Required skills and experience:

• High proficiency at reading and understanding construction documents.
• Ability to effectively convey information and ideas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated with high level of professionalism
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture degree
• 5+ years of experience working in architecture
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and/or Revit for modeling and detailing of fabricated metal products preferred.
• Strong architectural background with a blend of creativity and practicality while adhering to structural and budgetary limits
• Work with project engineers and architects to interpret/resolve design and manufacturability issues.
• Up-to-date on architectural trends in the industry
• Must have strong attention to detail, and organizational skills, working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must have strong basic computer skills and a competent level of experience in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and must have strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
