As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining a mid-sized practice based in South Dublin that due to growth in project pipeline are now seeking to add to their technical team. This practice has a long history in Dublin and now with backing of a larger construction group can add to their project portfolio and the variety they can offer staff. With a mixture of technicians, technologists and architects there is a wide band of experience of juniors and seniors alike, a collaborative environment to bring the best designs for their clients.

Your New Role

As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining the team and having an integral part in the project delivery. You will be using your technical design knowledge to deliver projects effeciently, have experience working on irish projects, working on planning right through to construction stages. There will be plenty of variety in this practice working on high rise residenital, healthcare and eductaion to name a few sectors this practice has their hand into. Not only this that practice is transitioning, so if you are an avid AutoCAD user but itching to use BIM on live projects and use that skillset, now would be a perfect time to join.

Job Requirements

You should be an experienced Architectural Technologist with at least 3-4 years practice experience being able to display your Irish Building Regulation knowledge, Irish planning policy and relevant procurement methods. Your portfolio should display strong technical construction drawings and you should be able to demonstrate projects that you have delivered. Your formal qualification should be to degree level in Architectural Technology.
