Clean All Services Inc., based out of Sidney, OH, is currently looking for a 2nd/3rd shift Area Manager for our Findlay & Lima market!

Clean All covers all of western Ohio - from Toledo to Cincinnati!

Our Area Manager position is primarily a 2nd to 3rd shift position, with occasional needs outside of the regular hours, including some daytime and weekends as needed.

The Area Manager is a salaried position with a monthly bonus program based on area performance and profitability.

The Area Manager plays a very visible, important, and hands on role in the Company. The supervisor is responsible for the following:

- Quality assurance at each account in their designated area

- Employee training, development, and scheduling

- Identifying areas of opportunity to improve quality & grow our employees

- Employee documentation and counseling

- Scheduling

- Area payroll

- Filling in for cleaners/janitors when needed - hands on work & cleaning is required in this position

- Inventory control & ordering

- Timely supply deliveries

We have potential positions all over our coverage area - however, the right candidate would need to report to the home office based in Sidney, OH a minimum of once a month for meetings, supply stocking, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company blanket insurance policy.

- Must have previous management or supervisory experience, including the supervision of employees - janitorial experience strongly preferred, but not required

- Must be legally allowed to work in the United States

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
